The Ocean Chair and all four Adirondack chair designs in the Wave Collection represent our mission to convert single-use plastic into sustainable furniture that will last for generations.

Like all POLYWOOD furniture, this collection incorporates both ocean-bound and post-consumer plastics (historically sourced from U.S. recycling programs). The Ocean Chair and the entire Wave Collection represents our initiative to recycle globally-sourced ocean-bound plastic and transform it into long-lasting outdoor furniture.

With each purchase from the Wave Collection, we re able to transform over 1,000 ocean-bound plastic containers into outdoor furniture.

While each all-weather chair looks great on its own, when all four Adirondack chairs from the Wave Collection are arranged in a row together they create a stunning visual of a cresting wave.
